Burr!!! It's cold! We got about 5 inches of snow earlier in the week. I was a good mom and let the kids get bundled up and go play in it. (patting myself on the back) It was actually fun until later I realized what key element was missing that would have really helped... a sled! Poor Luke can barely walk in (his sister's) snow pants! The sled would have been so helpful. I got tired of carrying him around so we came in. Jed and Ella were enticed inside by promises of hot cocoa. It was fun, and the pile of snowy wet clothes got cleaned up eventually. So all in all, a success.

Wish we would get some more snow. The stupid freezing rain ruined perfectly good snow.
Looks like they are having fun! I love that it takes an hour to get them dressed and then they play for like 10 minutes. Even though Eva would stay out there all day. I don't think she can tell when she's cold. Weird I know.
