Masculine Cards

Paper Popsicles has a blog challenge to create a card that is masculine, and be sure to also do something on the inside of the card. I liked this challenge since there are several masculine people in my life who are going to be receiving cards this week.

I made this card at a crop on Friday night. These crops are my drug of choice. My medicinal aides, my walk on the grown-up side, my escape from small people with demanding needs, my chance to create. I hardly scrap anymore, except at these crops with my few favorite crafters. Tricia mentioned on Friday that she has been coming with us to these crops for almost a year. Wow! I have been going longer, but only this last year have I gone regularly, nearly every month. Part of my excuse is that is one of very few times I get to visit with Tricia, who is my good friend, that I met online. I love that about us. She is a true friend, and even if I never scrapped again, I would go to these crops just to get my Tricia fix. Plus, it has been quite fun over the months because when we started going more regularly, my sister Victoria was preggers with her 5th baby. Then she brought him along as a newborn and we all held him. Now he is too big to come! He is too mobile. Lots of fun memories at these crops. (Don't get on us about our lack of camera use either, we know, ok???) Anyway, here are some pictures of other projects I made on Friday.
