Blog Hop Page

My friend Tricia posted about a blog hop she was doing this weekend and I decided to play along as well. Its a lot of fun, because you just follow links and visit new blogs and see lots of crafty inspiration, then get entered for prizes. :) The site doing the hop is called Scrapbook Challenges and looks like its a pretty cool site and community. The projects on each blog were based on a sketch, and I decided to play along, making a page of my own from the sketch. I actually took my time to do a bit of page planning, making sure my photos were the right size, I even used Photoshop to make them the exact size I wanted them before printing and this helped save on ink. Then I printed them out right off my printer. I never used to do this, but I finally have a printer that is decent for some prints. Its quite cool. We went sledding with the kids on Saturday with their big cousins and uncle. Our kids have actually never been sledding before. Sad isnt it? Jed and Ella LOVED it, Luke loved it until he got snow on his face and boots (hes the one in the ski mask). So it was fun to go, take pictures, print them out, and tada, scrap!
