Smarty Pants

That's me! Guess who has a 4.0 GPA? Woop Woop as my pal Tricia would say. I am so excited that I got 2 A's for my first 2 classes back in school. How exciting! I am so glad that the semester is over but I am also pumped for the next round of classes! I had no idea going back to school would be so satisfying. If you are thinking about continuing your education I encourage you to go for it. My final assignment was to go out and shoot panoramic shots. This was something I have never done before. It was a lot of fun. I had to do a realistic one, which is just a series of 10 or so images that Photoshop clips together for you. Photoshop amazes me. I cannot imagine being any sort of pro with it because there is just so much to learn. I chose my images and poof, cool panoramic.

The other image I had to do was create an Interpretive panoramic. You still need 10 shots for this one, but you get to piece them together in a creative way. I found a great window display at an Antique mall. It was a circular window, so I just snapped images and panned around. Then I grouped the photos somewhat in the order they should have been, but altered the images. I used the eraser tool around the edges which gave the photos a torn, worn out look. I also changed the photos to a sepia tone to make them seem aged. I was pleased with how it turned out. These photos are huge files, so I made them smaller, but I am not sure how small, so I think you can click on them and they will show up bigger.

Way to go Becca! The pictures look GREAT! I knew you were capable of doing the work but how did you find the time with your three balls of energy bouncing around?

What park is that? It doesn't look familiar.
